The following story is from one of our missionaries in the United Kingdom:

As we have walked around the city there are so many people around from different countries and other religions. Last Saturday evening I prayed for God to provide opportunities to build relationships with people and talk about Him. I asked for forgiveness for not taking the opportunities that I have already had, because any person that you come in contact with is placed there by God at that moment.

The next day, Sunday, I needed to move our belongings from one Airbnb to another and the neighbor of the first apartment met me at the elevator as I was moving boxes. He said that his wife and him were sad to see that we weren't staying and that he wanted my number so we could do tea after we got settled into our new home! So the evening before I ask for an opportunity and the next day I have a man from Saudi Arabia tell me that we are getting together for tea and wants to spend time with our families together! God is absolutely amazing! I literally had to do nothing but hand my number out. He then offered to help move and as we moved boxes we were able to talk about God's sovereignty and how our plans aren't always His. I was able to start "weaving threads of the Gospel" as David Platt calls it, which is a great sermon series on evangelism by the way.

Pray for continued relationship and more conversations as we meet with this family and share about Jesus.

Blessings,

Brandon
