Living Out the Great Commandment

Pastor Ken Braun shared a powerful message on the Parable of the Good Samaritan, also known as the Good Neighbor, from Luke 10:25-37. He reminded us that loving God with all our heart, soul, strength, and mind means expressing love to those around us. The parable challenges us to be compassionate and serve others, regardless of our differences. Just like the Samaritan who took care of the injured man, we are called to show mercy and kindness to everyone, not just those who are like us. Let’s plant God’s flag over every aspect of our lives, so people see His love through us. Go and do likewise is the takeaway, encouraging us to live out our faith through actions of love and service.
