As a team, we have been working for a couple of months now to learn and discern where we believe God might be leading us as a church in regard to being Elder Led.  We have received great input from our North American Baptist Northwest Leadership as well as several other NABNW churches.  The numerous questions we have received from within our congregation have been very helpful as well.  Keep those questions coming!  After a little break our team will be back at it this week as we prepare for upcoming Town Hall meetings this fall.  In those meetings we will be sharing our thoughts on what a different structure would potentially look like and look forward to getting valuable feedback from all of our members.  Keep an eye on the church calendar for those upcoming Town Hall meetings.  You can also go to www.saltcreekchurch.org/elders to learn more.
